I twisted the silver and copper necklaces together, then laid the end along the necklace to form a choker.  I then slid it around slightly to create an "off-center" look.

My history behind Neck Art

In April 2010, I was in Palm Springs, CA on vacation with the family.  On our last day, I was at a flea market and happened upon a stall selling these necklaces.  I was immediately drawn to them and talked to the owner of the business and her son, who were both there that day.

What intrigued me the most was that these necklaces are bendable, flexible and once bent into a shape, keep that shape!  They are also resistant to perfumes, lotions and sunscreen.  They can be worn alone, as a pair or as many together!

Below are some pictures I've taken as suggestions on how these can be worn.  I love wrapping a light scarf around one and the necklace can be twisted into an unusual headband or bracelet. The sky is the limit and you can let your imagination run wild with these necklaces!

I twisted the necklace together, spiraled the end then moved it over to the one side for a more formal look.

I twisted the ends together very loosely then bunched them together to form a loose-looking flower.  This is my favorite way to wear these necklaces.

This long twist looks lovely for evening-wear.

This is an example of a light scarf twisted around the gold necklace.  It's twisted loosely into a spiral at the end and the scarf is left to drape down.

The necklaces also look beautiful twisted around each other and left to hang down on their own.

This beachy, casual look is a loose twist done with the silver and copper necklaces wrapped together.

This is an example of one of the above looks, the twisted spiral, done with two necklaces.

This is the looser "flower" done with two necklaces.

This is another example of how a choker can be done.  This is the "flower" just done higher up towards the neck.

This is one silver necklace wrapped around the wrist as a bracelet and secured under the wrist.

The "flower" as done as a necklace translates easily into a bracelet as well.

The necklace can also create a stylish headband with a flower off to one side.

Wrapping a scarf around a necklace makes for a whimsical headband, leaving the ends of the scarf to drape prettily over the shoulders.

The necklace can wrap around a scarf to secure it around the neck, acting like a "broach".  The weight of the necklace will ensure the scarf will not fly off, while dressing up even the plainest scarf or pashmina.

Using the gold and copper necklace, this shows another way of adorning a scarf.

The supplier has a website with videos showing their ideas on how this necklace can be used.  One use I haven't shown is as a belt, which is explained in one of their videos.
